About the service

Service Availability

Remember Machine is open as a free private beta. You can create an account, save private story projects, add family records, develop and review written revisions, and prepare production inputs in your Family Vault. Production orders and paid packages are not open.

Your family’s material

Only add material you are entitled to use. Keep original files in your own archive as well. Distinguish verified family evidence from uncertain details and imagined scenes, and consider the privacy of living people before adding their information.

Illustrative stories

Public story examples and their artwork are concepts. They are not customer testimonials, completed films, or verified historical records.

Production and pricing

Plan descriptions show intended scope. Finished media becomes available only after its own production and review steps. Production prices, delivery commitments, purchases, gift terms, and scheduling are being finalized. Saving a brief or approving a written revision does not place a paid order.

Records and support

Archiving preserves saved records and history. For help, corrections, or a removal request, contact Remember Machine. Read the privacy page for the current storage and access practices.
